All new products supplied by Phone Warehouse come with a full manufactures warranty.

Demo Phones

All Demo phones come with a 12 months warranty, unless explicitly stated.

The warranty does not cover the following;

• Physical damage 

• Liquid damage

• Misuse of the product

• Software related issues due to third party downloads

• Data loss

• Any attempt by you or a 3rd party to fix a device
• Faults or damage that may arise due to normal wear and tear – e.g bending of device.
• Normal battery life depreciation.
• Any handset that has been Jailbroken or rooted after sale.
• If the device has been plugged into an unearthed outlet.

In the event of a warranty claim Phone Warehouse will send your product to a third party repair centre. If in the event that we cannot readily or economically repair your product, you will be issued a credit note to obtain a replacement product in store at the current value of your product at the time of warranty claim.

Phone Warehouse cannot be held responsible for any repair work done to products that have previously been repaired in an unauthorised repair centre and warranty will be voided immediately.
